De Void Moda LLC operates as a wholesale business. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for all products is 1,000 units.

No Refunds for Orders Below MOQ

Any order placed for fewer than 1,000 units, including orders of 1, 2, 3, or any quantity below the minimum order quantity (MOQ), is not eligible for a refund, cancellation, return, exchange, or store credit.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order quantities before completing their purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our minimum order requirement of 1,000 units.

Wholesale Orders

Due to the wholesale nature of our business, all sales are considered final once an order has been placed and processed. Refunds, returns, cancellations, and exchanges are not accepted except where required by applicable law or in the event that the Company ships the wrong product.

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
